P6H - Pi Day

To celebrate Pi day on Monday we created some lovely pieces of artwork. We made a graph of the Pi number to create a city skyline then painted our backgrounds using different colours. We finished them off by adding the Pi symbol into the sky.

Primary 6S Party

P6H - Fraction Walls

We have been making our own fraction walls to help us understand the concept of equivalent fractions. This then also led us on to further discussions and we found ourselves adding and subtracting fractions too which was most impressive.
